


Our espresso drinks are hand crafted by one of our specially trained baristi.
Each espresso shot is extracted using a ristretto pull. A ristretto is a
shot stopped slightly shorter than a traditional pull in order to remove
the sour and astringent elements of the extraction. To compensate for this
our espresso machines are equipped with a triple
filter basket which allows the water to pass through 30% more espresso.
The result is a noticeably richer, sweeter shot, thick carmel-like crema,
and a full bodied texture.

In Italian, macchiato refers to a ‘smear’ or ‘mark.’ In keeping with this tradition, our macchiato is prepared with a shot of espresso ‘marked’ with a dollop of foamed milk.

An 8 ounce, 3 part drink served in the Italian tradition of 1/3 espresso,
1/3 steamed milk, and ‘capped’ with 1/3 foamed milk.
Available in 12 or 16 ounces consisting of a shot espresso with steamed
milk. Compliment it with your choice of flavor shots.
