.Shade Tree Coffee House Blend
Available only at Shade Tree Coffee, our house blend was meticulously developed in partnership with our roaster, Counter Culture Coffee, over a 3-month period. This certified organic, shade-grown blend combines velvety sweetness and the bittersweet smoke of Sumatra and Sumatra French Roast with the exotic wild berries of Ethiopia Moka Harrar. The result is a unique and bold coffee with sweet chocolate and spice in the cup and notes of strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry in the finish.
Shade Tree Coffee Decaf Blend
Especially selected for its balance, sweetness, and spectacular aroma, this
blend of shade-grown coffees offers a smooth, full 
body
with a touch of smokiness – perfect for all day drinking or a late
night treat. Decaffeinated using nothing but a light water vapor and CO2,
the caffeine is removed without harming the natural flavor. The result is
a delicious coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free.
Single Origin
Single Origin coffees are not blends, rather they come from one particular
farm. We rotate different single origin coffees in weekly to ensure freshness.
Recent single origins have included Rwandan, Sumatra Aceh, Kenya AA French
Roast, and Ethiopean Moka Harrar,
